ABOUT THE GIRL
"The Down to EARTH Designer"
That Interior Girl was created by founder Debbi DesJardins in 2022 after 15 years of service to the industry working for employers. Since then, we have grown into a family owned and operated business with myself as the creative and innovative interior designer who is committed to excellence, client focus and unparalleled design.We believe creative designs are the result of meaningful dialogue and trust between the interior designer and client. In every project, we strive to fully understand our clients’ needs and apply their feedback and ideas into our designs. We do, however, use our expertise to ensure that the end result is both professional and streamline. We are Gold Coast based but service Brisbane to Byron Bay for home renovations and commercial furniture and Australia wide for furniture sourcing and supply. I like to describe myself as 'the down to earth designer' offering authentic and honest interior advice. My passion has been 'design' for as long as I can remember, sewing my own clothes as a young girl and always re-arranging furniture and repurposing whatever I could to create new pieces. As a yoga teacher my personal style reflects a calm and clean interior with pastel colours and eclectic items collected from my world travels and handmade treasures from local artisans. I will guide you every step of the way to achieve your dream space.
